Mill Wood's Park Master Plan Spring 2007 contains information about the Master Plan. Construction of a new lighted little league ball field adjacent to the existing Fusco softball field started during 2008. It will include bleachers, dug-outs, press-box and sound system. A full-size soccer field adjacent to Winding Brook Turf Farm was authorized.  Drainage is a concern at both locations.  Other developments include approval of sponsorship signs on outfield fences at town owned baseball and softball fields for four month intervals during the year.
